            Order Processing Time We aim to dispatch your order from our facility within 3 to 5 business days. During this time, we perform quality checks and securely pack your items.

            Shipping Time Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your specific location.

            Estimated Total Delivery = Processing Time (3-5 days) + Shipping Time (7-14 days).

            3. Shipping Methods

            To ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition, we only use reliable, traceable carriers, including:

            4. Order Tracking

            You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way. This email will include a unique tracking number.

If you cannot track your package after this period, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

            The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All our product prices already include all customs duties and taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

            6. Damage in Transit

            While we pack our lighting fixtures with extreme care, breakage can occasionally occur during transit. Please do not worry—we take full responsibility for shipping risks.

            If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange and send free replacements to you as quickly as possible.

            Return & Refund

            Thank you for choosing Luxelightings. We are committed to providing exceptional lighting products and outstanding customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, so please review our policy below.

            1. Conditions for a Full Refund

            We offer a full refund of the actual purchase price for returned products that meet the following requirements:

            • The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt.

            • All products and components are returned together in their original packaging.

            • Items are in new, undamaged condition and have not been installed or assembled.

            • Lamp fixtures and shades must be wrapped in their original materials. (Please note: light bulbs are provided as complimentary gifts and are not covered by warranty or eligible for refund).

            2. Exceptions to Returns

            We cannot accept returns or be held responsible for the following:

            • Products that have already been installed, wired, or assembled.

            • Items that are not returned in their original packaging.

            • Customized products or special orders made specifically to your requirements.

            3. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

            You will have two options:

            • Full Refund: You may return the damaged product for a complete refund.

            • Replacement: We can send you replacement parts or a brand-new unit free of charge. We will cover all shipping costs for confirmed quality issues.

            Important: Please do not discard any broken items or packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

            4. How to Initiate a Return

            Please follow these three steps to process your return:

            Step 1: Contact Us Reply to your order confirmation email or message us at support@luxelightings.com. State the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Our specialist will provide the correct return address. Do not ship to a different address without our confirmation, as we cannot process refunds for items sent to unauthorized locations.

            Step 2: Packaging Ensure all parts of the returned item are securely sealed in their original boxes, including all padding and manuals.

            Step 3: Shipping Please take photos of the inside and outside of the package before shipping as a record of its condition. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for damage occurring during the return transit.

            Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs upfront. If the return is due to a confirmed quality defect or shipping damage, we will refund your shipping expenses after inspecting the item.

            5. Exchanges

            Exchanges are processed as a return of the original item and a new purchase of the replacement. Please note that customized items are not eligible for exchange.
