2. Warranty Coverage
We are committed to ensuring your lighting functions perfectly. Our coverage includes:
Component Replacements If the issue is caused by faulty parts or accessories, we will ship free replacements to you via express delivery. You can typically expect to receive these parts within 6 to 10 business days.
Electrical Assistance For issues related to the internal electrical circuitry, our technical engineers will provide a diagnosis and solution within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Installation Requirement
To ensure safety and maintain your warranty eligibility, please ensure that all products are installed by a certified professional electrician. Damages resulting from improper installation are not covered.
4. Exclusions From Warranty
The following circumstances are not covered under our 2-year warranty policy:
