1. Conditions for a Full Refund

We offer a full refund of the actual purchase price for returned products that meet the following requirements:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • All products and components are returned together in their original packaging.

  • Items are in new, undamaged condition and have not been installed or assembled.

  • Lamp fixtures and shades must be wrapped in their original materials. (Please note: light bulbs are provided as complimentary gifts and are not covered by warranty or eligible for refund).

2. Exceptions to Returns

We cannot accept returns or be held responsible for the following:

  • Products that have already been installed, wired, or assembled.

  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging.

  • Customized products or special orders made specifically to your requirements.

3. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

At Luxelightings, we take great care to ensure your lighting arrives safely. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@luxelightings.com within 48 hours.

You will have two options:

  • Full Refund: You may return the damaged product for a complete refund.

  • Replacement: We can send you replacement parts or a brand-new unit free of charge. We will cover all shipping costs for confirmed quality issues.

Important: Please do not discard any broken items or packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these three steps to process your return:

Step 1: Contact Us Reply to your order confirmation email or message us at support@luxelightings.com. State the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Our specialist will provide the correct return address. Do not ship to a different address without our confirmation, as we cannot process refunds for items sent to unauthorized locations.

Step 2: Packaging Ensure all parts of the returned item are securely sealed in their original boxes, including all padding and manuals.

Step 3: Shipping Please take photos of the inside and outside of the package before shipping as a record of its condition. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for damage occurring during the return transit.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs upfront. If the return is due to a confirmed quality defect or shipping damage, we will refund your shipping expenses after inspecting the item.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return of the original item and a new purchase of the replacement. Please note that customized items are not eligible for exchange.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Method: The credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Order Cancellation
  • Non-Customized Orders: You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. No fees apply. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.

  • Customized Orders: Customized products cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
